your initial enrollment on day one following the date of employment, you may change your elections (plans and coverage) only during an Open Enrollment period or\u00a0<strong>within 31 days<\/strong>\u00a0following a change in family circumstance such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Change in marital status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change in the number of dependents following birth, adoption, placement for adoption, or death of a dependent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change in employment status for me, my spouse, or dependent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work schedule change resulting in an increase or reduction in hours of employment for you, your spouse, or dependent (e.g., part-time to full-time)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loss of or enrollment in other coverage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change in unmarried dependent status that causes the dependent to become covered or lose coverage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change in residence or worksite for you, your spouse, or dependent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The
