Active Employee Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Elected officials, appointed officials, full-time, and part-time permanent employees and their dependents are eligible to enroll in the City of Atlanta\u2019s health and dental plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Retiree Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Retirees, their surviving beneficiaries, and their dependents are eligible to enroll in the City of Atlanta\u2019s health, dental and vision plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dependent Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Dependents of active employees and retirees must meet certain eligibility criteria to be considered. Please remember to submit supporting documentation when you add dependents. If the DHR \u2013 Employee Benefits office does not receive your documentation, your dependents will not be added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
